Community rules

IdleNest is for everyone, including families and teenagers. These rules apply to player names, Friend Quizzes, squad votes, challenges, reactions and anything else you type.

Be kind

• No bullying, mocking or shaming anyone — in quiz questions, squad prompts, answers or names.
• No hate: nothing attacking people for their tribe, race, religion, gender, disability or who they love.
• No sexual content, nothing involving children in a sexual way, ever.
• No threats, violence, self-harm encouragement or dangerous challenges.

Keep it private and honest

• Don't post anyone's phone number, address, school or other private details.
• Don't pretend to be someone else, or to be IdleNest.
• No scams, spam, betting or selling in quizzes.
• Don't cheat leaderboards with tools or scripts.

Squad votes

Squad votes are anonymous so people vote honestly and nobody gets singled out after. Only use kind, fun prompts. Add only people who are in on the joke — and remove a name if someone asks.

What happens if rules are broken

Rude words are blocked automatically. Anyone can tap Report on a quiz or challenge; after several reports it's hidden until we review it. We may remove content, rename players, or close profiles. Serious threats or harm to children are reported to the authorities.

Use the Report link on the quiz or challenge, or email hello@idlenest.pages.dev. We aim to act on reports within 48 hours.

Found a security problem?

Please email hello@idlenest.pages.dev with the details and don't share it publicly until we've fixed it. Don't access other people's data or disrupt the site while testing. We'll thank you on our About page if you'd like.
